Gulf Shores in November: A Quiet Beach Condo Stay

Balcony view over Little Lagoon from Peach by the Beach, Gulf Shores

November is a good month for the Alabama Gulf Coast if you want the beach without the summer crowd. The days are mild and the evenings are cool, which suits walking the shore, fishing the pier and sitting on a balcony with coffee.

Why November works

Weather. Expect mild days and cooler evenings. Pack layers and a light jacket. Swimming is a matter of personal tolerance, so plan on beach walks, shelling and sunsets.

Space. Fewer people usually means easier restaurant seating and more room on the sand.

Fishing. The resort fishing pier and boat slips are included with your stay, and the fish cleaning station is on site. Trailer parking is not included.

Where you would stay

Peach by the Beach is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 5th floor of Building C at Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club. It sleeps 4. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a water view. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The balcony looks out over Little Lagoon, and a private boardwalk leads to the beach.

Linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Wi-Fi is free. The resort has a pool, tennis courts and shuffleboard. See the resort and amenities page for details.
